Shayak Dey is an experienced Platform Engineer at River Island, having held various roles from Application Support Analyst to Senior Application Engineer since July 2016. Prior to this, Shayak worked at Tech Mahindra for eight years, advancing from Application Support Analyst to Senior Application Support Analyst, where responsibilities included system monitoring and automating processes. Academically, Shayak holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the West Bengal University of Technology.
