Mitchell Myers

Mitchell Myers, MSN, RN, currently serves as the Regional Director of Hospital Operations at River Region Psychiatry Associates LLC, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Mitchell accumulated extensive experience in various leadership and clinical positions at Mizell Memorial Hospital from May 2017 to June 2024, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Clinical Officer, Chief Nursing Officer, and Assistant Chief Nursing Officer. Earlier career highlights include working as a Registered Nurse at the University of South Alabama Health, specializing in Ortho, Trauma, Neurosurgery, Cardiology, GI surgery, Outpatient Infusions, and Stroke. Mitchell began a career in healthcare with roles as a Patient Care Assistant and later transitioned to a Warehouse Worker/Delivery Driver at Druid Ice, INC. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, both from the University of South Alabama, and a Bachelor of Science in General Health Studies from The University of Alabama.
