Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Infrastructure at River Run, Alysa directs technology, security, and project management functions to align operations with corporate strategy. Previously, Alysa held various roles at Newburyport Bank and other organizations, leading significant initiatives such as rebranding and core system conversions while ensuring operational excellence across multiple facilities. Alysa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harvard University and various leadership and financial certifications.
