Maureen Meletis

Maureen Meletis is an experienced professional in program management and process improvement with a solid background in the banking sector. Currently serving as VP, Lead Systems Manager at River Run since October 2024, Maureen coordinates business partners to implement functional specifications for major banking systems and applications. Previously, as VP, Program Manager at Pentucket Bank, Maureen led process improvement initiatives and oversaw the Program Management Office. At North Shore Bank, Maureen played a key role in establishing a PMO and developing methodologies for enterprise-level work, while also mentoring Project Leads. Maureen's extensive experience at TD Bank included various roles that spanned over two decades, emphasizing project management and risk coordination in the commercial banking division.
