Ryan Strapon has extensive experience in corporate recruiting, currently serving in the Freightliner & Sprinter Vans Division at River States Truck and Trailer since April 2018. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as a Management Recruiter at Kwik Trip, Inc. for a decade, focusing on sourcing top candidates for retail management to align with the company's growth and culture. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Manager and Recruiter at 1 Tech Engineering. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration and Policy Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
