Rachel Sharit is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Global Revenue, Technical, and Corporate Recruiting at PitchBook since May 2018, Rachel has successfully transitioned through several leadership roles within the company. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Vice President for Graduate Recruitment & Program Management at Citi, where significant contributions were made to diversity recruiting and analyst programs. Earlier, at Ross Stores, Inc., Rachel managed full life cycle recruiting for a competitive internship program and facilitated process improvements across departments. Rachel began the career journey with an internship in human resources at Progressive Promotions, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from Binghamton University.
