Alan Pastian

Alan Pastian currently serves as a COSMO Certified Coach at COSMO Advantage and an Instructional Facilitator for The Six Types of Working Genius. With extensive experience in leadership development and personal growth, Alan is a certified Gallup/Strengthsfinders Coach at WeAlign and a certified coach and speaker with the John Maxwell Team. In addition, Alan holds the position of CFO at The Forward Company and serves as the Campus Pastor at River Valley Church, overseeing community growth and outreach efforts. Other past roles include Creative Director positions at The Eikon Collaboration and Desert Springs Church, as well as Campus Pastor at National Community Church. Alan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral studies from North Central University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications/Public Relations from St. Cloud State University.
