Danette Anderson

Danette Anderson has a diverse work experience, starting in 2003 as a Chemical Dependency Residential Technician at Towner County Medical Center. Danette then worked as a Social Service Field Specialist at Social Service Network. In 2004, they became a Vocational Rehabilitation Supervisor at MDI Minnesota Diversified Industries. From 2007 to 2013, they served as an Executive Assistant at River Valley Church, where they assisted the CEO in leading growth and strategic calendar planning. Danette later joined Target as a Team Assistant, Employee, and Labor Relations, before becoming the Director Assistant, Employee and Labor Relations. Since 2015, they have been the Director of HR at River Valley Church, responsible for managing the HRIS system, recruiting and onboarding, payroll, and employee transitions.

Danette Anderson attended North Central University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology.
