Lou Hernandez

Lou Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Lou is currently working as the Director of Infrastructure at River Valley Church since December 2018. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Implementation Architect at DataBank, Ltd. from July 2017 to December 2018. Lou Hernandez also served as a Customer Success Engineer at SignalFx from December 2016 to June 2017. Before that, they held various roles at Actifio, including Customer Success Manager from August 2015 to October 2016, and Solutions Architect from April 2012 to August 2015. Lou also worked as a Sr. Storage Solutions Engineer at Sirius Computer Solutions from April 2010 to April 2012, and as a TCR at Midwave from March 2009 to April 2010. Lou Hernandez's earlier career include positions as a Systems Engineer at NetApp from January 2005 to February 2009, as a Network Engineer at Gander Mountain from March 2000 to January 2005, as a Systems Installation Rep at Precision Computer Systems from October 1997 to March 2000, and as a PC Support Specialist/Network Admin Assistant at Gage Marketing Group from January 1997 to October 1997.

Lou Hernandez earned a Certificate in Computers and Networking from Brown College in 1997. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1997, they attended Fergus Falls Community College and obtained an Associates degree in Generals. In addition to their educational accomplishments, Lou also obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in April 2019.
