Mike Kleist

Mike Kleist currently serves as Vice President of Operations at River View Construction, Inc., a position held since January 2025. Mike's career in construction began as a Laborer on a concrete paving crew at Cape from January 1998 to January 2006. Mike advanced to roles such as General Manager and Project Manager at Buteyn Peterson Construction, where responsibilities included estimating, managing, and marketing from May 2006 to December 2020. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2004 and 2006 and previously studied at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1999 to 2003.
