Xiaotian (Dennis) Wu is a Senior Research Scientist at Riverain Technologies since September 2021, previously serving as a Research Scientist in the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital, focusing on imaging research and developing catheter-based multi-modal imaging systems for atherosclerosis detection. At Thayer School of Engineering, Xiaotian contributed as a Graduate Researcher, developing multimodal image guidance frameworks and patenting a 3D-printed laryngoscopy system, while also excelling as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in various biomedical engineering courses. Earlier roles include undergraduate research positions at the Research Lab of Professor Ryan Halter and Dartmouth Biomedical Engineering Center, as well as an internship at BioIntraface. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Science from Dartmouth College.
