Jen Ilsley McIpd

Jen Ilsley MCIPD has a diverse work experience in human resources spanning over two decades. Jen has held various leadership roles in well-established companies, driving global people strategies and managing HR teams. Some of their notable roles include Director of Human Resources at Riverbed Technology, Vice President of Human Resources at Clear Skye, Global HR Director at Netwrix Corporation, and Global Senior HR Business Partner at Quest Software. Jen has also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Aspen Technology, MWH, and Sally Salon Services, gaining experience in change management, employee relations, and recruitment. Earlier in their career, Jen worked as a Recruitment Consultant for Livewire Connections/Hi-Tech Marketing. Jen Ilsley MCIPD has a Chartered MCIPD qualification from CIPD in 2008. Jen also holds a Post Graduate & Graduate CIPD degree in Human Resource Management from the University of West London from 1999 to 2003.
