Majid Raissi

Majid Raissi is a seasoned professional in electrical engineering with extensive experience in project management and technical roles. Currently serving as Lead Project Manager at Riverbed Technology since January 2013, Majid has also held positions such as Solution Architect and Technical Director within the organization. Prior to this, Majid contributed to OPNET Technologies Inc. as Technical Director and Senior Network Engineer, along with a role as Research Associate at the Institute for System Research. In addition to industry experience, Majid has been an instructor at the University of Maryland since 2007. Academically, Majid holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, an MSc from Iran University of Science and Technology, and a BSc from Sharif University of Technology.
