Paula Cruz

Paula Cruz is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in user experience design and strategy. Currently serving as a UX Lead at Keysight Technologies since August 2019, Paula previously held the position of Manager of User Experience at Riverbed Technology, starting in December 2011, where responsibilities included defining UX strategy and managing design teams. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Web Designer and UX Designer at Altera from June 2000 to November 2011. Paula also worked as a freelance Art Director and Designer in 2000 for various projects. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo, as well as professional development in Multimedia Studies at San Francisco State University, and further studies at Emily Carr College of Art and Design and OCAD University.
