Jaime Corwin

Jaime Corwin has been with Riverbend Community Mental Health for over 20 years, starting as Human Resources Manager and eventually becoming Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Jaime is responsible for benefits administration, payroll, workman's comp, FMLA/ADAAA, recruitment, performance management, training, orientation, credentialing, consultation, thought leadership, Cobra administration, employee relations, research, project management, coaching, onboarding, development, retention, public relations, event planning, engagement, and budgeting. Prior to their time at Riverbend, Jaime was a Customer Care Team Leader at Logical Net Corporation and a Direct Care Coordinator at Lexington Center.

Jaime Corwin has a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Southern New Hampshire University, and a degree in Business from Mount Washington College. Jaime is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute, and as a SHRM-CP from SHRM. Jaime is also a Mental Health First Aid Instructor from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, and a CPR/AED/First Aid Trainer from the American Heart Association. Finally, they are a Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter - RACR from Lean Human Capital.
