Tim Lake

Tim Lake is a seasoned professional in the field of real estate, currently serving as the Director of Asset Management and Acquisitions at Rivercrest Realty Associates since January 2007. In this role, Tim manages a portfolio of approximately 85 retail properties encompassing over 6 million square feet and is focused on acquiring quality multi-tenant assets in the Eastern U.S. with values exceeding $5 million. Prior experience includes positions as Controller at Dominion Realty Partners and Daniel Corporation, as well as a Director role at Carillon Assisted Living and Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. Tim holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and History from Virginia Tech.
