Prior to this role, Ajo garnered significant experience at Apple as a Genius from December 2011 to November 2022, specializing in technical support and hardware repair. Early career experience includes working as a Data Recovery Specialist at CBL Data Recovery, where expertise was demonstrated in hardware and software data recovery across various media. Ajo began the professional journey as an Electronics Lab Intern at Consumer Reports in 1999.
