Anna Genoese

Anna Genoese is an experienced professional specializing in development operations and editing/writing. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Annual Giving and Development Operations at Riverdale Country School since September 2022, Anna previously held roles at Park Avenue Synagogue and the Smithsonian Institution, where responsibilities included managing fundraising campaigns and donor communications. As a freelance editor since 2000, Anna provides writing coaching and editing services for various authors. With a background in publishing as an editor at Tor Books, Anna oversaw acquisitions and managed projects resulting in significant annual returns. Anna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies, Fiction Writing, and Photography from The New School.
