Daniel Gentile

Ms/us Director Of Science Research at Riverdale Country School

Daniel Gentile, Ph.D., serves as the MS/US Director of Science Research and Lisman Lab Co-Coordinator at Riverdale Country School, where research initiatives explore the impact of climate change on plant epigenetics. Previous experience includes directing the Science Research program at Berkeley Carroll School, where curriculum development focused on experimental design and science communication. A graduate student researcher at UCSF's Shokat Laboratory, Daniel developed cancer inhibitors and published findings in a leading scientific journal. Educational background includes a Ph.D. in Chemistry and Chemical Biology from UCSF and dual Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and Biological Sciences from Cornell University.
