Demetra Caldwell

Demetra Caldwell began their work experience in 2002 as a teacher in the School District of Philadelphia. Demetra then transitioned to Riverdale Country School in 2004, where they held various roles including Teacher and Lower School Director of Community Engagement. Demetra'stenure at Riverdale Country School continues.

Demetra Caldwell obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Education, and Black Studies from Swarthmore College in 2001. Demetra later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Curriculum & Teaching at Teachers College, Columbia University from 2006 to 2009.
