Phyllis Dugan has a diverse work experience starting in 2005 as an Assistant Photographer at Murrieta Photography. Phyllis then transitioned to roles in admissions and campus tour guiding at Northwestern University. Following this, they held positions at Facets Multi-Media, InnovateEDU, Monument Academy Public Charter School, PLUSSED, and Riverdale Country School, where they served as Director of Diversity Equity Inclusion & Belonging, Coordinator of Experiential Education, and Middle School Technology Integrator.
Phyllis Dugan completed a high school diploma at Elsinore High School in 2010. Phyllis then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Radio/Television/Film at Northwestern University from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, they did a study abroad program in Communication and Media Studies at Goldsmiths, University of London. Phyllis later obtained a Digital Media Culture and Education MA from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society in 2016.
