Maria Kinkina

Maria Kinkina has a diverse work experience. Maria started their career as a Consulting Intern at The Human Resource Consortium in 2011. Maria then worked as the Head of Impact Assessment and Impact Strategy at Teach For Bulgaria from July 2012 to August 2014. Maria also worked briefly as an Organizational Development Consultant at Kinkin & Partners in November and December 2014. From March 2015 to December 2018, they worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company. In 2019, Maria held two roles as a Strategy Consultant, first at One More Consulting from January onwards, and then at Riverflex from April onwards. Maria Kinkina has a diverse education history. In 2003, they attended the American College of Sofia, where they focused on Informational Technologies Concentration until 2008. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at Brown University from 2008 to 2012, majoring in Sociology and International Relations with a focus on Political and Economic Development. In 2014, Maria obtained a certification in "Unlocking the Immunity to Change" from edX. Recently, in 2022, they completed a Business Sustainability Management Course at the University of Cambridge.
