Andrew Patterson

Andrew Patterson is a Senior Quantum Scientist at Riverlane since July 2022, previously holding the title of Quantum Scientist. Andrew's academic journey includes a PhD in Quantum Software from UCL, complemented by an MRes in Developing Quantum Technologies and a PGCert in Central Banking and Financial Regulation from the University of Warwick. Prior experience includes roles as a PhD Student at UCL, a PhD Research Intern at multiple organizations including the National Physical Laboratory and Phasecraft, and experience as a Data Analyst at the Bank of England, where responsibilities included managing and analyzing data for stress testing. Andrew has a strong foundation in physics, holding an MSci from UCL and A Levels and GCSEs from English Martyrs School and Sixth Form College.
