Caroline Parsons

Caroline Parsons is a Project Manager at Riverlane. Caroline has over fifteen years of experience in sales operations and administration, most recently serving as a Commercial Operations Analyst at Checkit.net from January to April 2021. Prior to that, they were with DisplayLink Ltd for fourteen years, from August 2006 to September 2020, where they started as Sales Operations Manager and later took on the role of Salesforce.com (SFDC) Administrator. Caroline has been responsible for global revenue targets across regions, pipelines, dashboards, forecasts, and revenues. Caroline has also served as a CRM administrator and forecasting tool administrator, overseeing upgrades and improvements to both Salesforce.com and Right90.com. Caroline is also an Internal Auditor for ISO9001.
