Alex Odom

Alex Ikard is a Human Resources Coordinator at Riveron since February 2022, with prior experience as a Recruiter and Contractor Care Representative at Aerotek from October 2020 to February 2022. Alex also served as an Administrative Assistant (1099/Contract) at The Biofeedback Education & Training Center in mid-2020, managing various administrative tasks and observing patient sessions. In 2019, Alex interned at the Children's Advocacy Center of the South Plains, providing support in client follow-ups, observations of forensic interviews, and documentation for families affected by abuse. Early career roles included Summer Camp Counselor at Vista Camps and Lifeguard at Tom Muehlenbeck Recreation Center. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University, completed in 2020.
