Erica Johnson

Erica Johnson is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently working at Riveron since April 2023, where the focus is on enhancing performance across accounting, finance, technology, and operations. Prior to Riveron, Erica served as a Talent Sourcing Partner for the Americas at Workday from October 2021 to April 2023, and held various senior roles in corporate talent acquisition at The Home Depot between July 2017 and October 2021. During the tenure at The Home Depot, Erica played a key role in recruiting for high-growth departments, contributing to substantial year-over-year growth, and managed comprehensive candidate experiences throughout the hiring process. Additional experience includes roles at The Intersect Group, Mueller Water Products, and PwC, where Erica developed expertise in finance, accounting, and talent sourcing.
