Gene Raffone

Gene Raffone has over 30 years of work experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and organizational development. Gene currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Riveron, a business advisory firm specializing in accounting, finance, technology, and operations. In this role, Gene leads innovative programs to support employee growth and enhance client service. Prior to joining Riveron, Gene held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Russell Investments from 2018 to 2022, where they developed and implemented strategic HR initiatives. From 2013 to 2018, they served as the Chief Human Capital Officer at Navigant, where they played a key role in building a high-performing workforce. Gene also has extensive experience from their time at Accenture, where they held various HR leadership positions from 1990 to 2013. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong commitment to driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture.

Gene Raffone attended Fairfield University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Gene then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business and Organizational Development at the University of Notre Dame from 1992 to 1993.
