Joelene Ridgill

Joelene Ridgill currently holds the position of Human Resources Officer at RiverRidge since October 2021. Prior to this role, Joelene served as HR Manager at Christies Direct from October 2014 to October 2021, where responsibilities also included a position as Purchasing & HR Assistant. Earlier experience includes a role as Teaching & Learning Facilitator for IT Users and Essential Skills at Rutledge Recruitment & Training from September 2010 to October 2014, with a focus on delivering QCF IT Level 2 & 3 User Skills and serving as internal verifier for IT User Skills. Joelene holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing with Education from Ulster University and has furthered education through ICS Learn between 2018 and 2020.
