Alison Holmlund

Alison Holmlund currently serves as a Member of the Strategic Advisory Board at Riverside Acceleration Capital since August 2021. Previously, Alison held the position of Chief Customer and People Officer and Chief Customer Officer at Filevine from July 2022 to August 2025. Alison's extensive experience includes roles such as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Customer Success at Lookback, Vice President of Customer Success at Mattermost, and Vice President of Customer Success at Mixpanel. Earlier in the career, Alison was the Chief Customer Officer and held various leadership roles at Host Analytics Inc. including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Customers for Life. The career path also includes serving as Senior Director of Customer Success at Proofpoint, Principal Consultant at Airflash, and Principal Consultant at Netscape Communications. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from New York University, earned in December 1997.
