Udo Waibel

Udo Waibel is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology leadership and product development. Currently serving as CEO at Sierra Development, LLC and as a member of the Strategic Advisory Board at Riverside Acceleration Capital, Udo has held key roles in various organizations, including Chief Technology Officer at Oomnitza and Executive Vice President of Engineering at Sitecore. Previously, Udo was CTO at International Decision Systems and HEAT Software, where responsibilities included overseeing R&D and facilitating company turnaround. Udo also served as CTO at Hara, significantly advancing product development in carbon accounting and energy efficiency. Udo's career began at SAP, where Udo progressed through senior leadership roles. Udo holds a Diplom in Wirtschafts-Informatik from the University of Mannheim and completed the Global Leadership Development Program at INSEAD.
