Josh Pauley

Josh Pauley is a dedicated professional with experience in various customer service and management roles. Currently serving as a Practicum Student for University of Iowa Athletics since August 2019, Josh provides support to fans at multiple sporting events. Additionally, as a Blackjack Dealer at Riverside Casino & Golf Resort® since September 2019, Josh engages with customers in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience includes a Ticketing Intern position with Madison Mallards Baseball Club, managing customer inquiries and group sales initiatives, and operating as a Small Business Owner for Pauley’s Paint Jobs, where Josh successfully managed all aspects of the business. Previous roles also encompass a branch management position at College Works Painting and a shift manager position at Coldstone Creamery. Josh holds a B.S. in Sport and Recreational Management with a concentration in Business Studies from the University of Iowa, earned from 2016 to 2020.
