Paulo Fulton

Paulo is Riverside’s Chief Human Resources Officer. His goal is to make Riverside the employer of choice for people interested in a career in Behavioral Healthcare and Human Services. Paulo is a LICSW with many years of experience as a Clinical Supervisor in child, youth, and family as well as adult mental health services. Paulo’s career changed course slightly when he received his MBA and began working in Human Resources. He has experience as a Director of Talent Acquisition and with talent development teams. When not working hard to bring the best and brightest to Riverside he teaches his two daughters that it is ok to want to be princesses one day and play baseball the next.
