Alex Tortes

Alex Tortes has extensive experience in law enforcement and education, serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Riverside Community College District since June 1975. Previous roles include working with the Riverside Police Department from September 1973 to April 2006 and the Riverside County Sheriff's Department from October 2008 to August 2014. Alex Tortes holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Redlands, attended Riverside Poly High School, and studied at California State College @ San Marcos, focusing on understanding jurisdiction on tribal land and public law.
