Cynthia Thompson

Cynthia Thompson, MBA, has extensive experience in education and customer service within the public sector. Since September 2011, Cynthia has served as an Adjunct Professor at Riverside Community College District, teaching courses in Business, Management, and Computer Information Systems. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked at City of Riverside Public Utilities from October 1980 to December 2014, where responsibilities included system testing, user documentation, and implementation of system features as a Business System Support Technician. Additionally, as the Lead Customer Service Representative for 15 years, Cynthia trained new employees in customer service skills and provided technical support and additional training to representatives. Cynthia earned an MBA in Business Administration from California Baptist University and also attended the University of Oxford.
