Danielle Sanders, PHR, currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Liaison at Riverside Community College District since August 2020, after prior roles at California State University-San Bernardino and various HR positions across multiple organizations. With expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance, Danielle has successfully managed complex recruitment processes, implemented new HR systems, and received multiple awards for contributions to student employment and team initiatives. Danielle's career includes significant experience in HR management, process improvement, and staff development, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
