Eddie Wen

Eddie Wen is a seasoned academic in the field of chemistry, currently serving as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Claremont McKenna College since August 2022. With a robust background in teaching, Eddie holds multiple positions as a Chemistry Professor at Riverside City College, San Bernardino Valley College, and Coastline Community College since 2007 and 2006, respectively, specializing in various chemistry courses. Previous experience includes an adjunct professorship at Vanguard University and a role as a Senior Laboratory Associate managing laboratory equipment across multiple science departments. Eddie Wen completed a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Physical Chemistry and Physical Organic Chemistry at Nankai University between 1986 and 1993, and has also worked as a Research Associate at UC Irvine, focusing on computational simulations of protein folding.
