James Elsom

James Elsom has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. James began their career at BDO as an Assistant Manager in Corporate Finance before moving on to Deloitte Australia, where they held roles as Executive Director in Corporate Finance Advisory and later Partner in M&A Advisory. Currently, they serve as a Principal at The Riverside Company, a global investment firm focused on transformative growth and creating lasting value for businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

James Elsom completed their Victorian Certificate of Education at Peninsula Grammar. James then pursued a Bachelor of Business Communication degree at Monash University, focusing on Accounting and Marketing. Lastly, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
