Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in strategic leadership, employee investing, and talent acquisition. Kara's experience spans private equity firms and law firms, showcasing their versatility in managing HR functions across various industries.
Kara Kirby holds a Masters of Labor Relations and Human Resources (MLRHR) from Cleveland State University. Kara also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Management and Human Resources from The University of Akron. Additionally, Kara has completed the CORe Program at Harvard University and participated in a Data Analytics Bootcamp at Case Western Reserve University.
