David Hesterly is a seasoned construction and quality assurance inspector with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Principal Construction Inspector at Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District since March 2023, David previously held the position of Construction Inspector for the County of Riverside from August 2016 to March 2023. Earlier roles include Senior Source Inspector at Leighton Consulting, Inc., Quality Assurance Inspector at Sequoia Consultants LLC, and Construction Inspector at CALTROP, where responsibilities included quality assurance inspections for various projects. David began a significant tenure as a QA Inspector with Richard Brady & Associates, providing consulting services for Caltrans Material Testing and Engineering Services, and contributing to the Caltrans Structural Concrete Committee for five years.
