Deborah de Chambeau

Deborah de Chambeau has extensive work experience in the engineering and water conservation field. Deborah worked as an Engineering Project Manager - Development Review at the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District from 2009 to March 2022, where they later became the Chief of Planning. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Pacific Advanced Civil Engineering, Inc. from 2006 to 2009. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Senior Civil Engineer at RBF Consulting from 1995 to 2006.

Deborah de Chambeau holds a Master's Degree in Water Resources Engineering from California State University, Long Beach. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Floodplain Manager from the Association of State Floodplain Managers, Inc.
