Kristi Panozzo

Kristi Panozzo has diverse work experience in various healthcare roles. Kristi currently serves as the Director of Operations at Riverside Healthcare since March 2023. Previously, they worked as the Owner of New York City Deli, where they managed all aspects of the business and received recognition as Small Business of the Month in August 2022.

Kristi has also worked as a Clinical Surveyor at DNV from October 2022 to February 2023. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Riverside Healthcare, including Manager of Quality Improvement and Population Health, Quality Improvement Coordinator, and RN/Educational Specialist. In these roles, they led a multidisciplinary team, identified improvement opportunities, and implemented evidence-based practices to optimize quality metrics, reduce costs, and enhance patient experience.

Kristi started their career as a Traveling ICU Nurse at Prestige Healthcare Resources Inc. in 2013, managing the care of critically ill patients. Before that, they served as an ICU RN at Unity Point Health Methodist, where they collected comprehensive patient data, analyzed assessments, and developed personalized care plans.

Additionally, Kristi gained experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Riverside HealthCare from 2007 to 2011, providing assistance with activities of daily living and vital sign monitoring.

Kristi Panozzo obtained an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Kankakee Community College in 2011. Later, they pursued a Master's in Nursing - Executive Leadership from Chamberlain University, which they completed between 2014 and 2015.
