Caroline Weitzel has extensive work experience in various roles related to talent management, development, and acquisition. Caroline most recently worked as the Chief People Officer at Riverside Insights starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Talent & Transformation at Experis from October 2021 to June 2023.

Caroline also had a long tenure at ettain group where they held several positions, including Executive Vice President from December 2019 to October 2021. During their time at ettain group, they led successful acquisitions and integrations, resulting in significant revenue growth and expansion of the company. Caroline Weitzel attended Duke University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. In addition to their formal education, Caroline has also obtained certifications in leadership, including being Silver Certified Inclusive Leader and Bronze Certified Fierce Leader from ManpowerGroup. Caroline received these certifications in November 2022 and October 2022, respectively.
