Clinical Product Support Lead at Riverside Insights

Kristin Frerichs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kristin is currently working at Riverside Insights as a Clinical Product Support Lead since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Customer Service, Clinical Specialist from March 2022 to January 2023. Kristin started their journey at Riverside Insights as a Customer Service Representative in June 2021 and worked in that role until March 2022. At Riverside Insights, they gained specialized knowledge and experience in products, conducted training sessions, answered product questions, and assisted customers in finding the best solutions for their needs.

Before joining Riverside Insights, Kristin co-owned an online custom furniture business called Black Iron Metal Works starting from January 2014. In this role, they managed various aspects of the business including the website, social media, bookkeeping, advertising, shipping, and customer support. Kristin successfully handled almost 600 orders and provided excellent customer service by answering emails and phone calls.

In 2015, Kristin worked at Redfin as a Senior Agent from January 2018 to July 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Agent from November 2016 to December 2017 and Associate Agent from October 2015 to October 2016.

From 2012 to 2014, they were a Shaklee Independent Distributor at My Home My Haven. In this role, they marketed and distributed Shaklee products.

In 2009, Kristin started their own Montessori school called Children's Haven Montessori School, where they served as the Owner/Teacher. Kristin established the first in-home Montessori school in the Colorado Springs area, implemented a full Montessori primary classroom, and managed various aspects of the business including advertising, website, bookkeeping, and billing. Kristin held this position until May 2013.

Prior to founding their own school, Kristin worked as a Primary Teacher at Hope Montessori Academy from July 2007 to May 2009. Kristin implemented the Montessori curriculum, provided one-on-one and small group lessons, developed monthly units, and supervised an intern and an assistant.

Before joining Hope Montessori Academy, they worked as a Kindergarten Teacher/2nd Grade Reading Support at Jordahl Elementary School from July 2006 to June 2007. In this role, they created kindergarten centers, implemented a hands-on and multi-sensory approach to teaching reading, and developed an advanced reading program.

Overall, Kristin Frerichs has gained valuable experience in customer service, product support, teaching, and entrepreneurship throughout their career.

Kristin Frerichs has a diverse education history. Kristin attended Colorado College from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Child Development and Education. In 2004, Kristin also pursued a short-term program at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad, focusing on Children in a Multicultural Context and Children with Special Needs. Later, in 2008 and 2009, they attended the Montessori Education Center of the Rockies, specializing in Montessori Early Childhood Education. Continuing their education, they enrolled in Kaplan Professional Schools in 2014, completing a program in Real Estate. Recently, from 2023 to 2025, Kristin attended Webster University, obtaining a degree in Education and Innovation.
