Nikisha Alcindor

Mrs. Alcindor joined RMG as a Managing Director in 2017 and is a strategic award winning senior leader with 16 years of investing and fundraising experience. Prior to RMG Mrs. Alcindor was a Private Wealth Advisor at Goldman Sachs where she managed the assets of high-net worth individuals and institutions with an average net worth of $25 M. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mrs. Alcindor worked in the Retail and Consumer Division at Apax Partners, L.P. from 2005 to 2008, where she coordinated the deal process for multi-billion dollar transactions. Before joining Apax Partners, L.P. Nikisha managed the largest accounts for Pfizer, Inc. and was the top sales person in the country. She has an extensive background in healthcare, including corporate finance at Ethicon (Johnson & Johnson). Nikisha is an Advisory Director to the PCA Retirement & Benefits, Inc. and a Board member of the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone. Nikisha holds a BA in Chemistry from Emory University and an MBA from Columbia Business School as a Leon Cooperman Scholar and is Series 7 and 66 licensed.
