Anupam Gupta

Anupam Gupta has an extensive work history in the medical field. Anupam started their career as a Chemist at Watson Pharmaceuticals in 1997. After working there for a year, they transitioned to the healthcare industry and began their residency as a Resident Physician at UC Irvine Medical Center in 2002. Anupam then joined Kaiser Permanente, SCPMG in 2005 as an Associate Physician. Anupam worked there until 2008 when they joined Talbert Medical Group as a Physician. After two years, Anupam moved to Riverside Medical Clinic in 2011, where they held multiple roles including Urgent Care Physician, Associate Medical Director, and Urgent Care Department Chair. During their time at Riverside Medical Clinic, they also became involved with professional associations such as the California Medical Association and OCAFP. Anupam served as a YPS Trustee for the California Medical Association from 2012 to 2015 and as the CMA-YPS Chair from 2011 to 2012. Anupam also served as an Alternate Delegate to CMA for the Riverside Medical Association starting in 2016. Additionally, Anupam became an At-Large Member for OCAFP in 2017. Anupam continues to work at Riverside Medical Clinic in the role of Associate Medical Director.

From 1993 to 1997, Anupam Gupta attended UC Irvine and earned a Bachelor of Science degree (BS) with a major in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Anupam also obtained another Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in Chemistry during the same time period.

In 1998, Anupam Gupta enrolled at the University of California, Irvine - College of Medicine and pursued a medical degree (MD), which they completed in 2002.

In January 2015, Anupam Gupta obtained a Board Certification from The American Board of Family Medicine.

Later on, from 2017 to 2019, Anupam Gupta attended UC Irvine again to pursue an Executive MBA with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
