Rick Kaczerowski has a diverse work experience in both the public and military sectors. Rick began their career in 1991 in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Sergeant until 1998. After leaving the military, Rick joined the Riverside Transit Agency in 1998 and held various positions within the information technologies department. Rick started as a Network Administrator and then progressed to roles such as Information Technologies Manager, Director of Information Technologies, and eventually became the Division Manager and Chief Technology Officer. Rick'stenure with the Riverside Transit Agency spanned from 1998 to the present.
Rick Kaczerowski completed their education with a range of degrees and certifications. Rick'seducational journey began in 1999 when they attended the Computer Education Institute, where they obtained certifications in A+, CNA, and MCSE. Rick subsequently pursued an Associate of Arts in Management Information Systems (AA-MIS) degree from San Bernardino Valley College from 2003 to 2006.
To further their education, Kaczerowski enrolled at the University of Phoenix in 2006, where they completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Technologies (BS-IT) degree in 2009. After gaining practical experience, they decided to enhance their expertise in public administration and attended California Baptist University from 2014 to 2015, earning a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree.

Riverside Transit Agency
WHO WE ARE: The Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) was established as a Joint Powers Agency on August 15, 1975 and began operating bus service on March 16, 1977. RTA is the Consolidated Transportation Service Agency for western Riverside County and is responsible for coordinating transit services throughout the approximate 2,500 square mile service area, providing driver training, assistance with grant applications and development of Short Range Transit Plans (SRTPs). RTA provides both local and regional services throughout the region with 33 fixed-routes, four CommuterLink routes, and Dial-A-Ride services. In the cities of Corona, Beaumont and Banning, RTA coordinates regional services with municipal transit systems. In Riverside, RTA coordinates with the city's Riverside Special Services, which provides ADA complementary service to RTA's fixed-route services. MISSION STATEMENT: The Riverside Transit Agency, Riverside County's multi-modal transportation provider, shall provide for a variety of transportation needs in a cost-effective and efficient manner for all the residents of our member communities.
