Jeff Rowland

Jeff Rowland has a diverse work experience in the social care and support sectors. Jeff is currently the Head of Business Development at Riverside Care and Support, a leading provider of accommodation and support services for people with care and support needs. In this role, they oversee the delivery of various services and supports thousands of customers daily.

Prior to Riverside, Jeff worked at The Salvation Army as a Senior Business Development and Tendering Manager. Jeff managed high-value public tenders and identified new business opportunities to support the organization's mission.

Before joining The Salvation Army, Jeff served as the Directorate Operations Manager at Lifeline Project Ltd, where they provided strategic support and quality improvement to health and social care services in the southern region. Jeff also led successful bid applications for grant funding and implemented a Quality Assurance and Improvement Programme.

Earlier in their career, Jeff worked at Change Grow Live as a Service Manager and at Westminster Drug Project as both a Service Manager and Senior Practitioner.

Throughout their work experience, Jeff has demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals with care and support needs.

Jeff Rowland obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Politics from the University of Sunderland in 2005. Jeff later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy from The Open University, completing it in 2013. Jeff continued their education at the University of Central Lancashire, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy and Mental Health in 2019.
