Building Safety Manager at Riverside

Sharon Holloway serves as the Building Safety Manager for Riverside, overseeing High-Rise Residential Buildings in the North region since March 2021. In this role, Sharon manages a team of safety inspectors and prioritizes customer safety through active engagement. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Peaks & Plains Housing Trust, where Sharon held positions such as Senior Building Safety Officer and Compliance Surveyor from July 2017 to March 2021, and earlier roles from January 2012 to August 2020. Sharon's career also encompasses positions at Better West Midlands and Wedgwood Barlaston, where experience ranged from customer liaison to training. Sharon holds an HNC in Construction and the Built Environment from the University of Staffordshire and has completed further education at Stoke-on-Trent College and Maryhill High School.
