Stephanie Lowe is an experienced professional with a strong background in Human Capital Management and Finance. Currently serving as the HCM and Finance Domain Lead at Riverside since November 2019, Stephanie has also held positions such as People Services Project and Systems Manager and Process and Performance Manager. Prior experience includes the role of HR Shared Services Manager at Essar Oil, where responsibilities encompassed pensions, payroll, GDPR compliance, and HR governance among others. Earlier in the career, Stephanie served as the HR Finance and Controls Manager (Vice President) at Bank of America, leading a team of analysts and managing HR finance activities across 13 countries and multiple entities in Europe.
