Tessa Barraclough

Tessa Barraclough is an experienced professional in sustainability and design, currently serving as the Director of Asset Strategy and Delivery (interim) and Head of Sustainability at Riverside since August 2022. Tessa has a strong academic involvement as a visiting lecturer in Architectural Technology at the University of Westminster from September 2019 to December 2023. Additionally, Tessa contributed as a Board Trustee for the Rural Urban Synthesis Society from June 2022 to July 2023. Previous roles include Head of Design and Technical and Pre-Construction Manager at One Housing from June 2019 to August 2022, Group Sustainability Manager at Peabody from December 2013 to October 2017, and multiple positions related to sustainability at Peabody Trust and Creative Environmental Networks. Tessa has also been a member of the South East London Housing Partnership from 2010 to 2014, further demonstrating a commitment to environmental and community-focused initiatives.
